9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Termination will not relieve the client of the obligation to pay for services rendered up to the date of termination. Upon termination, any remaining deliverables or data will be provided to the client once payment has been settled.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACKPlus Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Warranty

We provide our services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver services that meet your needs, we do not warrant that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
