By accessing and using ACKPlus Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ACKPlus Solutions provides software development services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, and consulting. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. ACKPlus Solutions retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and frameworks used in development.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and secure. This obligation continues after the termination of services.
We provide services "as is" and make no warranties except as explicitly stated in service agreements. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for work already completed.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
