This Privacy Policy explains how ACKPlus Solutions PVT. LTD. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use WA Unlock Simulator: For Fun (the “App”).
The App is an independent entertainment simulator. It cannot access, unblock, change, or interact with any real messaging account. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to WhatsApp, Meta, or any other messaging service.
1. Information Handled by the App
Information Stored Only on Your Device
The App may allow you to enter a nickname or fictional handle, select a theme or scenario, and create a simulated result. This information, along with your preferences and creation history, is stored locally on your device.
We do not operate a server that receives this locally stored content. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, messaging credentials, password, or one-time password.
You should not enter real phone numbers, email addresses, account identifiers, passwords, or other personal or sensitive information into the App.
Share Images
When you choose to create or share a result image, the image is generated locally on your device. Sharing occurs only after you select the Share action and choose a destination through the Android sharing interface.
The receiving application or service processes the shared content according to its own privacy policy.
Temporary share files may be stored in the App’s cache. These files may be removed automatically by the App or the Android operating system. You can also delete saved creations and local history from the App’s Settings.
2. Advertising and Information Collected by Advertising Partners
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements and may use Unity Ads through Google AdMob mediation as an advertising source.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and advertising configuration, these advertising services may automatically collect, process, or share information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location;
- advertising ID, App Set ID, and other device or account identifiers;
- device information, operating-system information, language, and basic App information;
- App launches, ad views, ad interactions, taps, and video views;
- diagnostic and performance information, including crash, hang, launch-time, and SDK-performance data; and
- information used for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, frequency capping, security, and fraud prevention.
Advertising information is handled by Google, Unity, and their advertising partners according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not receive information that directly identifies you, such as your name, password, contacts, or private messages, through the App’s simulation features.

3. Consent and Advertising Choices
Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and manage privacy choices before requesting advertisements.
The available privacy choices may depend on your region and the privacy messages configured in our advertising account.
Where a privacy-options entry point is legally required, it will be available from the App’s Settings screen. You may use it to review or change applicable consent choices.
You can also manage or delete your Android advertising ID and control advertisement-personalization settings through your device’s privacy or Google settings.
Limiting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements. You may continue to receive contextual or limited advertisements.
4. Permissions
The App’s entertainment features do not require access to your:
- contacts;
- SMS messages;
- call logs;
- phone state;
- accessibility services;
- microphone;
- camera; or
- precise location.
The App uses internet and network-state access for advertising, consent messages, and opening support or legal links.
Android or included advertising SDKs may declare advertising-related permissions, including access to the Android advertising ID, subject to your device settings and consent choices.
5. How Information Is Used
Information handled by the App and its advertising partners may be used to:
- provide the App’s local entertainment and sharing features;
- remember your local preferences and creation history;
- display contextual or personalized advertisements where permitted;
- measure advertisement delivery and performance;
- limit how often an advertisement is shown;
- maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse; and
- diagnose crashes and improve SDK or advertising performance.
We do not sell nicknames, fictional handles, simulation histories, or result cards stored locally by the App.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored drafts, preferences, and history remain on your device until you:
- delete them through the App;
- clear the App’s storage; or
- uninstall the App.
You can delete individual creations or all locally stored App data from the App’s Settings, where such options are available.
Advertising providers retain information according to their own privacy policies, legal obligations, and product configurations.
Requests concerning information controlled by Google, Unity, or another advertising partner should be directed to the relevant provider using the privacy controls described in its privacy policy.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical measures intended to protect information handled by the App.
The App’s core simulation information remains on your device. Supported advertising SDKs use encrypted network connections when transmitting information to their services.
However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
The App’s Google Play target-audience settings and advertising configuration are intended to exclude children unless we later implement all applicable Google Play Families policies and child-directed advertising requirements.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through a support request, please contact us through:
https://www.ackplus.com/contact
We will review the request and delete the information where applicable.
9. International Processing
Google, Unity, and their service providers may process advertising and diagnostic information in countries other than the country where you live.
Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies, contractual terms, and applicable legal safeguards.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to:
- request access to personal information;
- request correction or deletion;
- restrict or object to certain processing; and
- exercise rights concerning targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information.
For information stored locally by the App, you can exercise deletion rights by:
- deleting information through the App’s Settings;
- clearing the App’s storage; or
- uninstalling the App.
For advertising information controlled by Google or Unity, use their privacy controls or contact them as described in their respective privacy policies.

11. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain advertisements or links that open third-party websites, stores, applications, or services.
We do not own or control those third parties. Their content, data handling, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you access.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, advertising SDKs, legal requirements, or our data-handling practices change.
When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. Where required, we may also provide an in-App notice or request renewed consent.
