ACKPlus Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game One Line Fill (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Game, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you use online features such as leaderboards, cloud save, or signing in, we may collect your username or display name, avatar selection, and gameplay statistics (levels completed, scores, stars, streaks, and achievements).

Information collected automatically. To keep the Game running smoothly and to show ads, we and our third-party partners may collect device information (device model, operating system version, language, region), app usage and gameplay events for analytics and crash reporting, crash logs and diagnostic data, and advertising identifiers and similar device identifiers used by our advertising partner.

Local data. Most of your progress is stored locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game.

2. Advertising

The Game is supported by ads served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Ads include banner ads and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards (such as hints or viewing additional leaderboard entries). You are never required to watch an ad to play.

Our advertising partners may use advertising identifiers and other device data to serve and measure ads. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. 3. Your Consent Choices (GDPR / CCPA)

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other applicable regions, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before serving personalized ads. You may choose to accept or decline, and you can change your choice at any time through the consent options provided in the Game or your device settings.

If you decline consent, or are in a region where personalized ads are not offered, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.

For California residents, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Declining ad-personalization consent applies this opt-out for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The Game may use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Google AdMob for advertising (https://policies.google.com/privacy), Google Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, cloud save, and authentication (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy), and Apple Game Center where applicable. We do not control how these third parties handle data and are not responsible for their practices.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain Game features such as leaderboards and cloud save, improve performance, fix bugs, and analyze usage, serve and measure ads in line with your consent choices, and protect against fraud, abuse, and policy violations.

6. Children's Privacy

We comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA and GDPR-K where relevant. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that violates these laws. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. Local data is removed when you uninstall the Game. Server-stored data, such as leaderboard entries linked to an account, can be deleted by submitting a deletion request to us.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no app, server, database, or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
