These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mock Post mobile application (the "App"), operated by ACKplus ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
This document is a protective boilerplate, not legal advice. Please have a qualified lawyer review it (especially for India's Consumer Protection Act and Google Play / Apple policies) before relying on it.
1. What Mock Post is
Mock Post is a creative tool for designing fictional, simulated social-media, messaging, and notification mockups for entertainment, design previews, education, and storytelling.
The App does not create real accounts, and does not connect to, log in to, post to, or access any third-party platform, service, or real user data. All content it produces is clearly simulated and generated entirely from what you enter on your own device.
2. No affiliation — trademarks
Mock Post is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Telegram, Discord, or any other platform. All third-party names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive (nominative) purposes to indicate the style a mockup imitates.
3. Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the mockups you create and for how you use, save, share, publish, or distribute them. You must have all rights to any images, names, likenesses, or text you enter.
You must not use the App or its outputs to: impersonate or defraud any person or entity; fabricate evidence, news, reviews, endorsements, or "screenshots" presented as genuine; deceive, mislead, harass, defame, threaten, or harm anyone; infringe anyone's rights; or violate any law. You will not present simulated content as real. We are not responsible or liable for the content you create or how you use it.
4. Credits have no value — Pro is discretionary
The App may let you earn "credits" (coins) by watching ads or using features. Credits are a promotional convenience only. They have no monetary value, are not your property or a good or service, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or refunded. We may change how credits are earned or counted, and may adjust, expire, or remove credits at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
"Pro" access obtained through credits is a discretionary, promotional grant. Reaching any credit amount does not entitle you to Pro. We may verify, delay, withhold, deny, modify, suspend, or revoke Pro access at our sole discretion, including where we suspect abuse, fraud, tampering, or manipulation. You have no claim, right, entitlement, or expectation to any credit, Pro grant, feature, platform, or continued access, and you waive any such claim to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Features and availability are at our discretion
All features, platforms, formats, quality levels, and content are provided at our sole discretion and may be added, changed, limited, gated, suspended, or removed at any time without notice or liability. We do not guarantee that the App, any feature, or any credit/Pro benefit will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
6. Advertising
The App is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch. Ads are delivered by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob) subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Choosing to watch a rewarded ad does not guarantee any particular reward beyond what the App displays.
7. Purchases
If paid features are offered now or in the future, they are sold and processed by the app store (Google Play or Apple) and are governed by that store's terms. Except where required by applicable law or store policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. We may change pricing, offerings, and availability at any time.
8. Intellectual property; licence
The App, including its software, design, and original assets, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended personal purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit the App except as allowed by law.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be secure, available, accurate, or error-free, or that credits or Pro will be available or retained.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, credits, or Pro access, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. To the fullest extent permitted, our total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the six months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; there, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ACKplus and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the content you create, your use or misuse of the App or its outputs, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the App or to any feature, credit, or Pro benefit at any time, with or without notice, including where we suspect abuse or a breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 3, 4, 8–11, and 13) will survive.
13. Changes; governing law
We may modify the App and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted in the App or on our website; your continued use means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
