This policy explains what information IG Unblocker (the "App") handles, why, and the choices you have. "We", "us" and "our" mean ACKPlus Private Limited.
1. The short version
- It's a prank simulator. IG Unblocker makes a fun "Your account is unblocked" card on your phone. It cannot access, unblock or change any real account, and it isn't connected to any social media platform.
- What you type and pick stays on your phone. That means the username or mobile number, the name, the card text and the photo you choose. We never receive them.
- No account needed. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts or account credentials.
- Ads and analytics. The App is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. It uses Google Firebase to count how the App is used and to catch crashes. These services collect some device information, explained below.
2. Information that stays on your phone
What the App stores, in its own private storage on your device:
- the details you enter for a card: username or mobile number, display name, headline, sub-text, date and time;
- the profile photo you pick. The App keeps its own copy so your saved card still works, and never uploads it;
- your saved cards (History) and your settings (theme, sound, vibration, reduced motion);
- a few small counters, used to space out ads and to know when to ask for a rating.
Photos: you pick a photo with Android's photo picker. The App only sees the photo you choose, never your gallery.
Backups: the App's data is not included in your Google device backup.
How to delete it
- One card: delete it in History.
- Everything: use Settings, then Clear history or Clear all data.
- For good: uninstall the App, which removes everything it stored.
Privacy Policy for IG Unblocker
Before publishing: fill the {{PLACEHOLDERS}}, then work through the publisher checklist at the end. The checklist is for us and must not appear on the public page. Everything between the two horizontal lines below is the page text.

How to delete it
- One card: delete it in History.
- Everything: use Settings, then Clear history or Clear all data.
- For good: uninstall the App, which removes everything it stored.
3. Sharing and saving images
- Where cards are made: on your phone.
- Sharing: a card is shared only when you tap Share and choose an app. The app you choose handles the image under its own privacy policy.
- Saving: Save puts a copy in your phone's Pictures/IG Unblocker folder. It stays there until you delete it.
- Temporary files: files made for sharing are kept briefly in the App's cache and removed automatically after about a day.
4. Ads (Google AdMob)
The App shows these kinds of ads:
- a full-screen ad when the App opens;
- banner and native ads;
- full-screen ads between screens;
- optional rewarded ads, which you choose to watch to remove a card's watermark or unlock a card theme.
What Google AdMob may collect:
- your advertising ID and other device identifiers;
- your IP address, which may be used to estimate an approximate location;
- device and app information;
- how you interact with ads (views, taps);
- diagnostic data.
What it is used for: to show and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad, prevent fraud and, if you allow it, show personalised ads.
What advertisers never get: anything you typed, your photos or your cards.

5. Your ad and privacy choices
- Consent message: if you are in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland or a region with similar rules, the App shows Google's consent message before any ads load. You can change your choice later in Settings > Privacy choices. The row appears when it applies to you.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your phone's settings, usually Settings > Privacy > Ads or Settings > Google > Ads. Google's ad preferences are at My Ad Center.
- Limiting personalisation still shows ads, just less personalised ones.
6. App usage and crash data (Google Firebase)
Google Analytics for Firebase
- Counts things like screens opened, a simulation completed or a card shared.
- Collects:
- an app-instance ID;
- device model, Android version, app version and language;
- approximate location from the IP address;
- session information.
Firebase Crashlytics
- Sends a report when the App crashes: the device model, Android version, app state and the part of the code that failed, with an installation ID.
Firebase Remote Config
- Downloads App settings, such as how often ads may appear, using an installation ID.
Limits
- In regions that require consent, analytics storage waits for your choice in the consent message.
- Firebase never receives the text you typed, your photos or your cards.
- More: Firebase privacy and security.
7. Our own server
When the App starts, it asks our server (apps.ackbiz.com) two things:
- whether ads are switched on;
- whether a newer version is available.
What is sent: only the App's identity and version (package name, platform, app version). Nothing you typed is ever included. Like any internet request, the request also carries your IP address.
How we use it: only to answer the App and keep the service secure, never to identify you.
8. Feedback emails
What we receive: if you choose Send feedback, your email app sends us:
- your message;
- your email address;
- the details the App fills in: app version, Android version, device model and language.
How we use it: only to reply and fix problems, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
9. Permissions
The App uses:
- internet and network-state access, for ads, the update check and Firebase;
- the advertising ID permission, for ads.
The App never asks for:
- contacts, SMS or call logs;
- your phone number;
- camera, microphone or location;
- your photo library. The photo picker shares only the photo you choose.

11. Why we can use this information (EEA and UK)
- Consent: where the law requires consent, for example personalised ads and analytics storage, we ask for it through the consent message. You can change it at any time.
- Legitimate interests: otherwise we rely on our legitimate interests in keeping the App free, working, stable and secure, and in answering your messages.
12. Children
- The App is not made for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
- If you believe a child has sent us information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.
13. International processing
Google processes analytics, advertising and crash data in several countries, under its own safeguards and policies.
14. Security
- On the device: what you enter stays in the App's private storage.
- In transit: data sent by the App and its services is encrypted (HTTPS).
- No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
15. Your rights
- Your rights: depending on where you live (for example the GDPR, the UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act or US state laws), you may have the right to:
- access, correct or delete personal information;
- object to processing;
- withdraw consent;
- opt out of targeted advertising.
- Where your information is held:
- On your phone: use the App's delete options, or uninstall it.
- With Google: use the Google controls linked above.
- Anything else: write to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. We reply within 30 days.
- Selling data: we don't sell your personal information. Ad partners may use device data for targeted advertising, which some US state laws call "sharing". You can opt out through Privacy choices, or by deleting your advertising ID.
16. Independence
IG Unblocker is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any social media platform or its owners. All trademarks belong to their owners.
17. Changes to this policy
- If this policy changes, the effective date above changes and the new version is posted at the same address.
- For important changes, we will also tell you in the App where required.
